Hi! Have you compared the appearance of this nipple to the other nipples? If they don't look pretty much the same, that would be cause for pursuing potential issues with your vet.
In fetal mammals (us too), the nipples form before the other sex-related characteristics form. Thus, males have nipples, although they and their associated mammary glands are pretty small. Male cats' nipples go unnoticed under their fur. When discovered, they look just like little skin tags. Your kitty's nipple looks quite normal.
