Well, I'm not much familiar with cat reproduction either, but those masses do not look normal to me. But I could be wrong, because I have always seen "furred" cats.
I think you should see another vet more experienced with cats. She may need x-rays or other imaging performed to determine what is going on. Things do not appear normal to me.
