Mittens is doing pretty well...using his box alot and when he goes it's been a lot easier for him

He finished the meds on Sunday. I am just watching him now to see how he does for the next few weeks. His demeanor is very good--he's purring a lot and very loving. I think since the surgery the muscles back there got real loose so he has to basically build them up again to have better bladder control. He's about back to normal, I would have to say (knock on wood, this time).

I'm doing great--and my mom is recovering, she'll have to have a hernia and kidney stones removal surgery in a few weeks--but she's off to Hawaii tomorrow-that crazy woman

Hi!
My kitty was also on the c/d diet and he was gaining weight and so was my other kitty (Bunnie). He as switched to Waltham SO which doesn't put as much weight on. See if you vet carried it - so far they seem to really like it. I'm starting out with an 80/20 mix until they get used to it. I've fed them some of the SO as a treat and they scarfed it up!
