Princess, Ran Away2x

My cat princess is 2 yo but she is indoors only, I haven't really played with her however she is 5 lbs and she has seizures!! I know a neighbor must have gotten her because she is that small she would have been near my home... Regardless I anticipate getting her back.. I need to know how can i keep her from doing that I am 32 years old but I need my cat, meaning I have bad joints to really dig deeper within playtime. We have toys, We have a Play Cage, We have food what can i do to stimulate her mind without hurting myself and actually getting her to participate she really only eats and sleeps!
