yes, and that's one reason more make me believe that its not womb infection, the male was very healthy and up to this moment he haven't suffer any sickness.

I highly recommend an ultrasound and/or x-ray FIRST to see what is inside her uterus.

If it's kittens, are they ready to be born?

If it's pyometra only (no pregnancy), start antibiotics and proceed with the spay.

What is medical serum?

Update:
The cat returned to normal and looks very healthy now, and x ray showed that she is pregnant
she eats, drink quite a lot, play and groom and live normally.

I think it was normal infection and gone for good
and those vet!! what to say, all they care is money, at least here where I live

actually he didn't say & I didn't ask! I was too happy everything is OK
but according to my calculation it should go in 40 days or so
