Hi everyone!

We are in a bit of a worrying situation with our pregnant cat Lilly. She is over a month pregnant and has contracted the flu from our other cat Şila who had returned from her treatment from the vet after 5 days of special care regarding her blood parasite treatment. Şila developed a flu the following day after arriving home, and after getting her checked at the vet again for her flu treatment, our Lilly began to show flu symptoms too. Everything happened so sudden we just couldnt separate them. All 4 of our cats (they're all indoors) now have the flu. Our anxiety begins at this point; our vet only subscribed meds for our other cats, but strictly advised against giving any medication to Lilly. He has only permitted us to use eyedrops.
We're worried because of the fact that shes pregnant and she seems to be experiencing the flu heavily at the moment and we're worried it might harm her and cause a miscarriage. We are trying to keep her immune system strong by giving her multivitamin supplements and vitamin D.
She has runny eyes and nose, and sneezes often. I clean her eyes and nose with a warm compress (boiled water and teabags - its anticeptic). Shes eating and drinking pretty good though thankfully but is there anything else we can/need to do?

All advise is very much welcome, thank you!!!

ETA: I forgot to mention; the vet isnt giving her any meds because they can harm the unborn kittens ...

You can also steam her in the bathroom with a hot shower running and hold her on your lap for 5-10 minutes (In the room not in the shower), or set up a vaporizer in a room where she sleeps. If she gets so clogged that she has an actual sinus infection she will need antibiotics. Most are safe after about the halfway point in the pregnancy.

What meds did the vet give to your other cats?

I agree, keeping her nose as clear as possible is key here, as long as she can smell food she will continue eating and recover.
A steamed up bathroom, little noses saline nasal spray used on babies too.
Good luck!
