Graycies like a guard dog at times its 3 am i have patio door open she heard something and lets me know with a mew or short growl

At least your cat hears/sees things that are really there. Ozzy, not so much.... he's constantly alerting us to things that only he sees or hears. 
PURRhaps. But it's generally accepted that there are more than 5 senses and many more than 3 dimensions. CATS just happen to have command of/access to all of the above.At least your cat hears/sees things that are really there. its me this heatit wakes me up so i sneak out of bed to drink cold coffee and let cool air into our apartment
Ugh! Don't I know it! I don't see how people can take siestas in the hot part of the day. I can't sleep when it's hot. Drag around like a zombie.
