Oliver's with my family and I on vacation down the shore in North Carolina for two weeks... he's been great, actually relaxed and settled in here a lot quicker than I thought he would... but he was being really strange after we got back from the beach today (he stays at the house of course)... we've gone to the beach every day, so nothing different happened today than since we got here: so I had taken off a pair of t-shirt material shorts and stuffed them inside my red sox cap and chucked it on my bed in order to go change out of my bathing suit... I came back into my room and Oliver was rolling around and rubbing his face all over them, haha... it was adorable and funny and he didn't like ruin anything but I am curious as to what may have made him do this... I've worn both the shorts and hat to the beach previous days, they've gotten wet those days as they did today, I didn't use any different hair product or sun tan lotion, and he's had the ability to check out these things after beach trips before... any ideas?
PS: he's LOVING watching the canal flow by out back from our sliding glass doors and I took him out on his harness for a little the other day to play in the beach grass and sand... it was cute! He's also got a "buddy" cat that lives across the canal from us and likes to hang out on his daddy's boat, haha, I've never seen a cat get on a boat before (of course it's gotta be a natural thing since they used to be mousers on ships, but I've never actually seen it)
