She is a domestic shorthair. DSH.  She is tabby and white, this particular pattern here can be called for harlequin.  So, spotted tabby and white in the harlequin pattern.

Unless she is broken mackerel of course - they too may seems alsomst as spots.

Re her looka alike.  The answer depends in part, where in which country you do live.  So for example, in India and many other countreis there,  are such cats very common.  A natural breed if so wish.

If you are in USA, and she isnt emaciated, we must say, she is very slender. Way more than average.   And thus, must have a near ancestry from a Oriental or even siamese...   A modern siamese, mated with a tabby carrying much white, could easily have this here looks.

Also, it's hard to tell but her tabby patches on her side have a spotted pattern.
