I'm just blown away by Banjo and Froggie Prince. Interspecies friendships are a lot more common than a lot of people know, but this is just extremely magical to me.
My cats are such little devils.
I wish they were more respectable and had froggie friends instead of eating them. Demi did make friends with a toad though. Does that count?

It’s magical to me too. I watching this going on every day. I wish you could hear it as well. Banjo is so vocal when it comes to Froggie. That’s when our little Banjo is truly musical.

Sharing is the reason I am here. I am privileged to see these things and I want others to have the same wonderful experience. I think we often miss things around us as we get involved in day to day survival in this world. If someone can stop in here and see something beautiful, then my hope is that it makes their day a little easier or makes them smile in the same way it makes me smile. I hope it works out that way.

Maybe we all feel the love at seeing a little happy magic unfold. The looks on Banjos face are the thing that get me.
That does give me an idea though. We’ll save it for later.

If I were a professional illustrator (I kinda am but don't have time), I would write and illustrate a children's book based on Banjo and Froggie. And the first copy off the print would be mailed directly to you,Banjo was waiting for Froggie tonight and I started wondering.....what does everything look like from his vantage point?I guess this is how the conversation must have gone.

I am always moved by the look on Banjos face whenever that frog is around. The other frogs don’t attract her. Just Jeremiah. I’ve seen cats chase frogs and play with them as though prey but I don’t see any of the aggression or that excited look of the chase with Banjo. I really do wonder .....that frog should be running away from her. It’s a very special relationship between those two. The wonders and joys of nature.

Their populations go up and down, but basically they're in danger from the usual suspects.We used to have so many Monarch butterflies, but now I don't see them as much.
