My cat Charlie is 7 yrs old and he keeps sneezing. I can hear him Breathing when he comes up the hallway. I think he has a respiratory infection and I have to wait til next month to take him to the vet. He is overweight (20 lbs) and I'm trying to have him lose weight. Is there anything I can do to help him until i get him to the vet. Thank you.

I'm sorry to read that Charlie isn't feeling too well.
The one thing you could do meanwhile is to try and give him some sessions of aerosol with just saline solution in the machine, two times a day for a few days and see if he improves.
Of course you know that a vet visit is much better, but I think that doing what I told you is a rather good starting point.

Hi. You can also try running hot water in your bathroom, to create steam, and sit with him in the room with the door closed for 10 minutes or so a couple times a day. If congestion is behind the breathing/sneezing, the steam should at least help a little bit.
