My Cat Has Been Missing For 8 Days!

My cat has been missing for 8 days today. She was in heat and got out. I saw a cat chase her and then she was gone. I have searched and searched the neighborhood, I've posted on Facebook, hung up flyers, and let all the neighbors know shes missing. Last night I put her litter box and a shirt outside with her feeding bowl hoping she would pick up a scent. Is there anything else I can do to lure her back home and am I expecting too much to think she will be back home. We are all devastated because we have raised her since she was 10 days old with a bottle. She was an orphan kitty. Please help and avize I am very worried and starting to lose hope.

Hi! I'm so sorry this happened!
There are some other lost pet websites you could post on, pawboost, petfinder, missingpet.net, thecenterforlostpets.com - I don't want to raise false hope but there are cats who have returned after more time lost that your furbaby.
Keep talking to neighbors, she might have gotten into a garage or shed.
