Hi, I'm Felix, I love all animals and currently have one cat named GrimLynn, she is my fur-child. I rescued her and nine other kittens last year, she was the only one that didn't get adopted, and so I took it as fate saying she belonged with me. She really has been a life saver, I've gone through so much with her, from a bipolar diagnosis, to an engagement, to a miscarriage. Every time she was there for me and I know she will always be there for me.
GrimLynn (Grim for short) is a Snow-shoe/Tabby mix, born on the streets in my neighborhood. I captured the very wild Kitten at two months old and it literally took me one day to tame her, she went from scared and hating me, to instant purr when I touched her. She is a partial albino with white eyes and has grown into a gorgeous cat.
I've rescued a lot of animals from cats and dogs to birds, lizards, and tarantulas. I am currently fostering my third litter of kittens which I rescued from the same place I got Grim. Their feral mama had been taking good care of them, but I noticed they had gotten sick and one had past away so at four weeks old I took the remaining five and started taking care of them. One ended up passing away from a lower GI infection we couldn't beat. But now I have the remaining four healthy, weened, and litter trained kittens. Next week they'll be old enough and will be going to they're forever homes.
I know it says you should keep the kittens and other pets separate but Grim was interested and has been great with the babies. She grooms them and plays with them, she's more of a big sister then anything. She especially bonded with the little make (Flair) who follows her around now
Im starting to babble so I'll stop here. Great to be on here :3
