Treatment was with ronidazole. The literature will tell you there's a fairly high chance of neurotoxicity effects, although those tend to be self-limiting. Max had very mild ataxia a few days into the treatment - the vet recommended lowering the dosage and continuing (we started out with a fairly high dose), and Meezu was fine with it. Hmm interesting. My cat had chronic diarrhea too. But never got him tested for T Foetus. But the raw food worked on him so all is well i suppose.
