Male cat masturbation - how often is "normal" ?

My 12 year old male cat does that to me and it drives me nuts. He recently was put on Buspirone, and one of the side effects is more affectionate, but I did not know they meant this. I have three other cats, and he does not seem to bother them or my husband, but he will often jump on my stomach if I am lying on the couch, and start Kneeding my belly for awhile, then jump off onto the table, and start licking his erection. I find it extremely disturbing, and kind of try to get him to stop kneeding on me before the inevitable happens. before he was put on the medication, this only happened once in a great while, now it is becoming more frequent. At least like your cat, he does not bother anyone else, but he is almost 13 for pete's sake.
