Kitten swallowed a nipple

Please some help me out here my cousin had a girl give her a kitten and told her that the kitten is almost 6 weeks old but I don’t think she is but my cousin fed her kitten milk and the kitten bit the nipple off and swallowed it my cousin has 9 kids and doesn’t have the money to take the kitten to the vet so please can someone give me some advice how to get the nipple out PLEASE THIS A 7 year old little boy kitten

How large a part of the nipple? I’ve had it happen a few times and each time the nipple fragment passed through.

One of them is what the bottle nipple look like before she bit it off and the other is how much she bit off
