I would take him in and let the vet look at him. I wouldn't wait a couple of days. Something is wrong with him, cats aren't supposed to cough. It's clearly not a hairball.

Once you and kit are in the waiting room they will be more likely to actually look at him rather than put you off. Be nice when dealing with vets and pediatricians, but don't be bossed around. Who's paying the bill? right. Who sees every moment of the little one's life? Right.

You're right im taking him up this afternoon.
He seems fine today but I'd rather be on the safe side.

I like that be nice but not bosses around, words i shall live by.

Kevin is on the mend. No sniffles or fluid in the lungs. He is on a course of antibiotics in case anything is to flare up.

He wasn't happy to say the least on the way
