I have a five week old kitten who just got over a small cold. He's on antibiotics and doing fine other than he will still cough a few times a day. Other than that he is eating, drinking, nursing and using the box. He runs, jumps, plays and cuddles.

He's still on the amoxicillin and is over all doing great other than the random little cough. Just want to get the opinions of others.
This isn't the first liter I've ever had I'm pretty experienced with kittens and so is my husband. But
We've both never seen a coughing kitten. Lol. Any and all advice/opinions is more than appreciated

It sounds like he is on the mend but still hasn't fully shaken it. If he is still coughing once the amoxicillin course is finished you should follow up with your vet. I know my vet will answer follow up questions like that by phone or email without requiring payment or an in office visit.

Yes. Perhaps some deworming may be necessary.

Some worms are into the airways and lungs.
