Kitten acne??

Hi all~

I've noticed my 6 week old kitten Chloie is developing some darkening around her follicles on the right side. I only use ceramic, glass, and metal bowls. I thought cat acne was only on the chin? I do kiss you quite a bit. Believe it or not she loves it and demands it lol. Could it be acne or something else?

Chloe is a beautiful little girl! I do see what you mean about the raised area. Acne does not have to be on the chin only; it is the usual place but there is no rule about it as the article mentions. I can't say for sure if this is chin acne but I would monitor it and consult the vet if it does not improve.
