Six pints of ketchup. Does it taste like Heinz? No. It's not as sweet bc I watched the amount of sugar. Added and tasted, added and tasted til I thought it was OK. Then had Rick try it and he was fine with it. It's still really good. I'm thinking I can use it in my sauces, esp for barbeques, and baked beans. Not canned; it's for the freezer.
