This sounds nuts to me,the law is so tight over here now if i even said to the cat trapping moron over the road that i was going to shoot him i could be locked up and charged,
BUT i do know this , that fellow has shot onto your property and where you are i think they call it a fellony, you need to do something about him, because if one of those things stray it will take out your little girls eye.
Bearing in mind i probably would have taken his head off anyway and stuck it on a pike
