Is This Roundworm?

My foster recently threw up what we think is a roundworm, please see pic. Does anyone know what kind of the worm it looks like? It has a red stripe along its body.

We gave our foster a dose of CatNDog Cat Wormers almost 10 days ago. Supposedly it's a one time treatment but we recently found another worm on the floor. The instruction says to treat every 3 months, but I was wondering if it's ok to give him another dose now?

Yes, I forwarded a pic to the vet. I've been searching up worm pics for the last two days, a little worried this might not be roundworm because it doesn't exactly match up with any of the pics I came across. Our foster is pretty symptomless other than a bit of coughing. Hoping it's nothing too bad to treat
