Hi my name is Jennifer, and I'm about to become a foster mommy to some babies
I am working on kitten proofing my house, and don't really have a specific "special" area for the kittens that I can close off or anything. I worry about letting them have free roam of the place until they get used to it, and until I'm sure that I've 100% safety proofed the house. Is it okay if I set up my old pack and play (like a playpen) and put them in there with food, water, and litter? at least until they are used to the new surroundings? or is that too confined of a space, or am I asking for trouble if they can climb the sides? If climbing the sides is the only issue, if I made it so they couldn't get out would that be alright? I don't want to leave them in a carrier for long periods of time either, but have read about the importance of introducing them to the house slowly. It's been a LONG time since I've had kittens especially ones this young.
TIA
