I have found a cat and I am taking care of it and t ran outside a few weeks ago and went for a day when it was in heat but now I am not sure if it is pregnant
If she is more than half grown, got outside for a while, you can almost bet on her being pregnant. Unless she shows signs of coming into heat, all you can really do is have her spayed, she is early enough along, or wait and see if she is pregnant and then find homes for the kittens. Cats can be spayed at two pounds, which is very young, and you'll have to remember they can come into heat again only about a week after giving birth. I had a stray I couldn't catch for a while and she had 3 litters of 17 kittens total in about 9 months. So unless you ant countless cats I would have her spayed as soon as you can.....
