my 2 year old cat if covered in scabs and throws up after every time she eats. the scabs are on her head and a few on her neck and back.

Hi. Those symptoms could be a lot of things. But, the first one that comes to mind is that she has fleas and is also allergic to them. That is one of the better options.

The throwing up warrants a vet visit ASAP!

She definitely isn't feeling well. It sounds like she's got some kind of food intolerance or allergy and is breaking out. Please get your kitty to the vet as soon as possible.
