Insufficient Privileges For Threads

I'm trying to ask questions about breeders in my area, but forums related to anything other than site help/what my cat looks like, wont let me comment or start a thread. It says I have insufficient privileges. Is there a waiting period or do I have to write a bunch of random stuff to unlock my privileges just to ask what I'm really wanting to ask lol. I didnt want to spam a bunch of people's threads if I didnt have to

There is a waiting period for the Breeder's Forum, but you can send a private message to the site owner, @Anne (<-- click on her name and choose "start a conversation") explaining why you want to post in the Breeders forum and she can help you out.
