Both Cocoa and Heidi were born in the backyard at different times. I didn't know I was supposed to get kittens vaccinated. When I got them spayed they got rabies vaccination. But they don't have FVRCP vaccine, is it too late to get them vaccinated for that?

No it isn't too late. It normally is a 3 shot series but that is because of residual immunity from mom cat. If they are much older then the 8 weeks when the series is normally started they may only do a 2 shot series.
