Glad you had a good time at the concert. Now for my 'big' Kiss secret - I've seen Gene Simmons up close a couple of times. He and his family wander through this area several times a year on their way to visit his wife's parents. I am the least star struck person in the world - never even gave the chance meetings a second thought until I got home from the city and it registered who he was.
Probably the only 'star' that got me tongue tied, at least for a few minutes was the great George Reed, until he put me at ease, handed me his off-season business card and that was that; no more tongue-tied babbling and when he saw me elsewhere, he remembered who I was and where I had worked those winters. That was the end of all star-struck behaviour: for the most part they are just normal people although I can name a few sports stars and singers that are, well.......um.......it's impolite to use those words.
