A couple of drops with every meal. 2-3 drops.

When the poo begins to come more rare, decrease it to perhaps 1 drop.

If you happen to drop a little more, its no problem, its no poison. At worst he will get more rare poo.

Ps. Yes, you give it with his kmr / goats milk.

Another option, at least with older kittens and adult cats, is to smear some on their paw, so they lick it off themselves.

How often are you feeding? If your kitten is not gainingweight then it is not eating enough food.

there are times i cant feed the kitten because i overslept but so far this is how much ive fed the kitten because it varies sometimes the kitten wants more and sometimes just less

If you are correct, the kitten is getting enough food. At 140 grams, the kitten is almost 5 ounces, and needs a MINIMUM of 40 mLs each 24 hours.

Are you using formula or goat’s milk?

Are you mxing 1 part formula to 2 parts water?

Or giving straight goat’s milk?

Somehow the kitten is not getting enough actual nutrition to grow, even though it is eating enough mLs if your numbers are accurate.

Sarthur2 : im using formula milk and the ratio is 1:3 bec the vet told me just a little powder to mix with water
like (1) 1.25ml formula and (3) 2.5 ml of warm water

right now im just feeding the kitten every hour with small amounts like 3ml - 5ml depending on the kitten's appetite
bec the belly looks rly bloated while the torso looks small

StefanZ : i fed the kitten today and the poop went out smoothly without the kitten crying as much as before

You need to mix the formula like it’s supposed to be mixed with one part powder to 2 parts water, then add the oil.

This is why your kitten is not gaining weight - not enough nutrition in diluted formula.

hello! i havent weighed my kitten bec it hasnt been 12 hrs the last time i weighed him/her
also the kitten has pooped (firm and yellow) without any straining but there are other discharges coming from his/her butt there's this yellow water stain i assumed it was pee but it really came from the butt
im really worried bec this is the first time the kitten has experience watery discharge from the butt is it bec i put too much oil on the formula?

Probably. Just use a little less oil. The poop sounds normal and it’s great that she pooped without straining.

Have you been mixing the powder properly now, and is she eating well?

Sarthur2 : the formula mix is the 1:2 ratio and i stir it up well before feeding it to the kitten
every time i feed the kitten, he/she suckles greatly but when its 1ml left the suckling stops and he/she kind of sleeps thru it im kinda worried bec the kitten always ate so much in previous feedings but now when i try to give more feedings the kitten suckles a little and pulls away

hi its me again my kitten so far has been drinking less and less and seems unenergetic
its last feeding the kitten only drank 1ml of milk which is so unusal bec the kitten used to drink so much
