As we have lost our beloved Little Nell today, our sweet Norma-Jean is sensing it and I was wondering whether it is safe for me to mention the name of Nell and speak with her about how sad it is.
We talk like adults to each other and she might be trying to ask where she is.
I want to be free to use the name but not if it is a damaging thing to do rather than a positive one.
My sense tells me that it is okay to mention Nellie's name because mourning is a natural part of saying goodbye.
Any comments would be appreciated.
With a heavy heart, poivre

Thank you tabbytom.
I feel better after reading the article.
I think that it is okay to mention Nell's name to Norma-Jean.
My gratitude, poivre
