Although spider plants are non toxic to cats and dogs there are things to consider- if you notice cats are attracted to spider plants,the reason being is its a mild hallucinogenic and visually attractive to a cat with those "SPIDERY" leaves . because it's so visually appealing to our Feline friends as something to play with they are highly likely to eat more than they should and suffer from an upset tummy,vomiting and diarrhea
So imo it's best to keep these and most cat attractive hanging plants out of kitties reach.....my little Bella just cannot resist a hanging plant and will nibble until she upsets her tummy,no sprays could deter her so they are far above where she can reach.....just thought I'd share,too much of anything is never good unless of course it's cats,can't have too many really
