How Long Does It Take To Fully Introduce Cats? 14 Months, Apparently.

My 11yo tuxedo cat in the back hated (and still does, if they are strangers) other cats. Charging, hissing, growling, swatting, spitting, etc. And Blue is the extremely high energy, always active, type of kitten/cat that used to drive him (and thus me) to my wits end.

Then yesterday I came home to the attached. Hobo has *never* shared a bed like this with any cat before.

I have cats who were born in my home, have lived here for years and were still never fully accepted until about a year ago.

Yep. It takes as long as it takes. I've seen it go as much as 18 months, and a very few who loved each other on sight.
