! We do compost the egg shells and coffee grounds for part of the year (including right now) but, alas, we're not always collecting activator, which means things are always changing.
In our case, my husband took care of the cabbage clog years ago. The choice here is either lots of swearing -- since he considers plumbing an occasion where it's all allowed -- or spending the $100. I'm not sure which choice I prefer!
