I am the one in life that said "I will never own a cat!" I sit here surrounded by 7 of them!
The oldest is Hazel, she is 2. She is a snobby long-haired striped kitty. She is petite but has a mighty attitude. And she will let you know it!
Then there are Sister and Pippa. We were only going to get Pippa, but Sister toddled over to my husbands shoe and looked up at him with the love in her eyes that said "Take me with you!". Imagine my daughter's look when we came home with TWO new kittens. Pippa thinks she is a bunny. She loves veggies and "chirps" rather than "meowing". Sister is the trouble maker of the house. If something is broken, you can safely bet Sister did it. She demands attention and forces her love on people whether they like it or not.
The third is Cheese. He is a 9 month old monster! He is an orange cat who weighs 12 pounds! I call him my gentle giant. He likes to be rocked like a baby and cuddles. He is only vocal if he is hurt. I love him so much!
Then there are the three kittens. Hazel's babies. Rose, Velcro, and Lucky. They are not staying here, but they are here for now. They will be 6 weeks in a few days.
Hazel was sick when we took all of them to be fixed, and by the time she got better and was able to be fixed, there were babies! I was not thrilled, but she is going to get fixed next week and the homes the babies are going to are going to spay/neuter them immediately. Hazel has been a great mommy and I am sure she is going to be sad to see them go. Honestly, I am too. But 4 is enough!
