Unfortunately the same worm hole sucked her in and on to another alien planet........
Fortunately it was a planet full of happy, healthy, loving kitties, so she wasn't lonely!
Unfortunately she couldn't return home because she was on the FBI top ten most wanted list
Fortunately... she found another wormhole that took her back to earth in a DIFFERENT parallel universe, one where she could still be with friends and family but NOT on the FBI most wanted list - AND the Wendy's was still open and NOT being robbed!

Unfortunately the blindess wasn't so temporary
Fortunately the cat had been trained as a "seeing eye" cat!
Unfortunately, the cat liked to see his way into large holes and puddles...
Fortunately, the deep holes were only knee deep and the puddles had only an inch of water.
Unfortunately, the puddles created a deep mud and the cat's paws got stuck..
Fortunately, they were sporting thigh high kitty mud boots, so they could step right out of the boots and onto higher ground
Unfortunately, the key was missing from where it had been hidden, and even the seeing eye kitty couldn't help her get inside her home.

Unfortunately and strangely, her house was filled from floor to ceiling with balloons, so she couldn't go in!
