Female cat spay wound infected?

So my best friend (my kitty) got spayed this past Tuesday and to begin with I live in a not so great city so finding good vets in here it’s kinda difficult, I’ve been worried sick because I’m pretty sure the wound isn’t looking too good. The vet didn’t gave us a Elizabet collar just some antibiotics and told us to clean her wound daily with iodopovidone. I don’t know if I should look for another vet because he said everything’s fine and my mother won’t let me do anything about it but maybe he’s right and I‘m just worrying a lot about my cat. I just need advice if this is normal or I should be worried

And as soon as possible. Those stitches have come undone, whether due to a bad work on the vet's part or because she has pulled them herself. Has she been kept quiet for the past few days, or has she been jumping up on things and running around?

Definitely not normal, seems very infected IMO. Best of luck, and please update!
