I have found it fascinating that people who are allergic to cats are not allergic to cats who eat a raw diet. I know a few people who are allergic to cats but can rub their faces on Delilah and don't get a reaction. One of them will break out in hives and she is fine with Delilah. Does anyone have any idea why that is? How does it reduce the amount of allergens a cat produces?

Maybe because a cat fed a well balance raw diet doesn't shed as much, or produce as much dander?

Your guess is as good as mine.

I have allergies and so do some of my friends, and I've noticed the same about reduced allergic reactions while on raw. And no fleas.

That's fascinating!  I wonder if there is any documentation on this

Fighting for ferals in NW NJ!
Sadly, I'm just as allergic to Ming Loy, Chumley, and Spooky (who obviously have more of whatever it is) than when they were eating canned. :(
