Experience With Eye Issues?

Hello everyone! I'm fostering this little one, she is already receiving treatment prescribed by the vet(3 kinds of ointment, antibiotic and eye drops).
I was wondering if any of you have experience with this kind of eye problem, and if so, any chances her eye will recover? Any recommandations?
I have read about autologous serum as treatment. Anyone had results with that?

I have no experience with eye issues but I wanted to say she is so cute. I do know that cats do just fine with one eye especially as a pet that doesn't have to hunt to survive.
