Long story short I am slowly winning over a feral Siamese/mix kitties heart...Anyway now that he lets me get close to him and even touch him just a tiny bit I noticed the back of his ears are scratched bloody...Looks like he has eat mites because it looks like coffee grounds..does anyone know if I can get ear mite solution at the pet store? Or would only a vet be able to prescribe it? Or any other suggestions as to what I can use? and maybe a type of ointment too to soothe his skin behind his ears?

Revolution topical works on ear mites as well as fleas and some worms. You apply it to the back of the skin. Yet a vet is needed to get Revolution.

I would be sure to get this sweet one to a vet. Also to be sure he is neutered. Since you can touch him, a vet visit shouldn't be too terrible.
