My cat has had brown dirty ears for a long time in one ear and never seemed to ever bother her. It comes back quick after I clean it. Recently, I started cleaning it out more and took her to the vet that confirmed it wasnt mites. I used olive oil, and it was still there. He still gave me hexamite, and I only gave her one dose because she seemed to hate it. I told him I wanted to come back to check if it was an infection and he said to wait a few days so he can take another sample to analyse. Anyone have any experience with this?
