does this neuter look infected?

I think it looks fine just some dried blood and stuff but theres nothing wrong with a 2nd opinion.

also he has been acting diffrent I'm not worried about this it is just funny, he is high and falling over and stuff and he is following me around everywhere even to the bathroom when usuall. He would just wait on the couch for me to come out.

I think it looks fine. If he had surgery today it would be too soon for infection to develop, For now I would just leave it alone. Dn't touch it or put anything on it.

When was his surgery?

It was yesterday, also when will I be able to bring him outside 10 days? (on his leash he is an indoor cat and is only allowed out on a leash)

It's is normal but still call the vet. My first cat was a male and when he was neutered and it looked like whitish stuff coming out of the area. It looked cottage cheese kind of gross. I called the vet and she said it was normal.

It is hard to see from the pictures but it looks like normal scabbing following a neuter.
