I use Splenda in my coffee.
When it is fresh-brewed, I put the Splenda in, it just dissolves.
But when it gets cold and I reheat some of it in the microwave, the Slenda froths and leaves some foam on the top.
What's the difference?
And do I have too much time on my hands?
