I keep Matilda and Chloe's dry food in seperate plastic storage bins (because Matilda eats adult food and Chloe is on kitten food). The container with Matilda's food has a flip-top lid that opens on one end. The container with Chloe's food has a lid that completely comes off and then there is a hole on one side where there is a flap that lifts open. (Does that even make sense? lol).
Well, Chloe has figured out how to rip off the top of hers with her teeth. I woke up with dry food EVERYWHERE and a kitten that had no interest in eating breakfast.
Now I have to go buy a new storage bin that she can't get in to. (I don't have a closet or pantry to put them in, so they are under the built-in computer desk in our hallway).
I already knew she can rip open any bag she felt like getting into, but I thought plastic storage bins were safe.
