I don't think I really have a catch phrase, but I tend to use finger quotes quite liberally! My husband makes fun of me all the time.

Ugh sorry but I HATE it when people say "ya know what I mean" all the time. I used to work with a lady that said that CONSTANTLY. It drove me nuts and now I can't stand it. Although you probably don't say it as much as her. She said it after every sentence and if you didn't say yes she would repeat it until you said yeah.
