In my opinion (and in my experience) it might be not something in her food.
At that age, not vaccinated, yellow vomit and not wanting to eat make me think of something that you shouldn't wait until tomorrow and see, but RUN to vet NOW!

A kitten not eating is worrying, in my opinion.
Any other symptoms?
Is she lively and active? Any diarrhea or loose poop? Does she have a high temperature?

Her temperature is low the vet told me one degree lower and she would’ve died ,her pressure is low and her weight has dropped.
He gave her some shots and fed her the water in the food can,he raised her temperature and I hope she gets well soon :’(

Panleukopenia (FPV) is a viral infective enteritis against which kittens are vaccinated around the age of yours.
It causes yellow vomits, depression, lack of appetite, fever, some diarrhea, and in most cases... death.
Kittens with panleukopenia need to be hospitalized, it isn't something you can treat at home. So I urge you to see another vet if you have the chance!

I had the terrible experience to witness the poor health condition of an FPV kitten and I can guarantee that it is something you don't want to see twice in your life!

I’ve talked to the vet he says there might be a chance that it’s the virus he told me if she’s still the same as she was that means it’s the virus.
He said to take her to another vet to tet her to make sure.

I’m really worried I think she has the virus cause she still refuses to eat I’m force feeding her with her food mixed with a little bit of water and a syringe.

Because her weight has dropped badly. So I’m supposed to feed her.
I’m going to take her to another vet who’s gonna check if she has the virus
They are really over priced but they are the only vet that does those kind of tests

Just to update you, the kitten has the Panleukopenia virus she tested positive so the women who sold me the kitten is taking her back to treat her and she’s giving me back my money
She’s worried that the other kittens who traveled with stormi might be infected too
