Archie was a 3 year old 12 kilo Norwegian forest cat out him in a cattery first time ever so I could go to Portugal
He died the day I came to collect him was told found him dead when they came to do. Breakfast
Never saw him as cattery man stuffed him in a bin bag apparently
Told me he died of a broken heart as I'd left him

I'm. Still heartbroken

He is. He's a lovely cat
Hello, someone messaged me off another cat site as my recently departed cat had the same problem as you. (He actually passed away of liver cancer, not anything related to this.) Nelson had megacolon and lactulose and enemas were useless - the only thing that fixed the problem was a product called Miralax, so I'd recommend looking into that.

I've got him on lactoluse and a priobotic. I'm. Monitoring him carefully
Thank you

Ah yes, that's the reason the other user messaged me, I have some I got in from the US going spare now that Nelson is no longer with me. (I am also in the UK, live in London.)

I've been. Using lactoluse. Awful. Sticky stuck I'm. Keeping close eye on him. He's had 2 enemas and has a stitch in. Bum which keeps getting stuck on poo
