Cat pregnancy

Hi. I am new to this site but have kept cats for 30 years.
I am normally very good at getting my cats castrated/spayed at 6months but with what has been going on I have been a little lapse.
My cat is now 1.5 years old and is due at the vets on Wednesday to be spayed, but I am not sure if she is pregnant.
If she is then I will welcome it with open arms.
Please could I have your opinions on the picture of my cats nipple? Does this look like early stages of pregnancy?

Has she been outside unsupervised, or around unneutered male cats? If so, she's almost certainly pregnant. It's spring after all.

Hi. She has been outside and she has had 1 time of going into heat. Not sure about unneutered cats though. I live right out in the country, not many cats around but I do know that males will travel.

When was she visibly in heat? You can probably count back to that for when she got pregnant.

Cats can have silent heats though, so if she goes outside freely who knows.
