Hi, my cat has been very lethargic lately just sleeping a lot and not eating as much. she also started heaving for a couple of days, normally non productive but sometimes a little bit of foam. Now she has got a weepy eye- she came into contact with my other cat yesterday (we've been keeping hem separate while she's been poorly) and the other cat has a gunky eye too but no other symptoms can you help?

I sounds like they may both have an eye infection. You would need to take them both and let the vet see their eyes.
I would never treat an animals eye with anything on my own. The best you can do for not is to keep their eyes clean by bathing with a little warm water, separate cloths, of course.
