Cat Colours??

I'm new, and i was wondering....can a tabby have lighter stripes then the background colour?? and can a colourpoint be spotted?? like a lynx point, but instead of stripes, have spots??

Idk about tabby stripes colors being lighter than background, but as for the spot colorpoint, I have seen them!!

Search for "snow Bengal" and you will see lots of pictures of spotted lynx point cats.

As far as a reverse tabby pattern with light stripes on a dark background, this hasn't been observed in cats as far as I know.
