Can’t Keep Cats Off Table!

My cats are not underfed not are they losing weight. However, they are ALWAYS hungry. I can no longer sit at the table and eat, without all of them pawing at my plate. I put them on the floor and they jump right back up.
How do I stop this behavior?

What are you feeding? How much do you feed? Do you ever give in and let them have what your eating? It took a couple years of shoving my female cat away and ignoring her completely to get her to stop. She originally was so bold she’s eat the back end of a lunch meat sandwich while I was taking a bite of it lol. Now she just kinda looks at me and tries getting my attention but I brush her off easily at this point.

I bought Trixie puzzles. Use a pill cutter to cut small pieces and spread it around the puzzle. My cats love it!
